It works !!! My cholesterol was so high (LDL ) until it alarmed my doctor . I refused going on a statin. After a year, and my last blood work , my doctor telephoned me with my results. My LDL had fallen within normal range . He said that my results had made him a believer of CHOLESTOFF. I do practice good nutrition & exercise daily.

This product should be combined with a sensible diet and plenty of exercise, but the bottom line is that it will definitely bring down cholesterol levels especially if you are disciplined about what you eat and stop eating junk food. Nothing can help you if you live off of junk food...

Last year my cholesterol was 279. Not very good :'-( I was shocked that my level was alarmingly high, but I didn’t want to go on Statins. I found a book called Cholesterol Down. It was a Godsend!!! It suggested ten items to add to your diet, and one of them was plant Sterols/Stanols. After reading, I understood that some were getting these through CholestOff, so I tried it. After six months, my high Cholesterol level went down to 215. What can I say? VERY pleased with the positive outcome I received from this off-the-counter medication. Because statins disagreed had a negative impact on my liver function and my physician thought it best to stop, I made some changes in diet and discovered the CholestOff at my pharmacy. There were very positive comments on line so I gave it a try and there have been positive results with lowering of my cholesterol - not a tremendous amount but close to ten points that have put me much closer to the acceptable limits.
