Now that Cold, Flu, Pneumonia Season Is Here along with COVID, You Need to Keep Your Immune System Strong. Take a caplet twice a day( once in the morning with breakfast and once at night with dinner) and you will be fine. Nothing less than a thousand mgs. will do.
