When you receive this tea and open the box you can smell the freshness. If you know the proper way to brew green tea then it will taste delicious. Also when you begin to understand the benefits of drinking green tea and the number of times a day. Your body will begin to let you know that it is working. You can add sweetener, but you really don't need it once you brew it the right way. I started seriously drinking it four months ago, and not only do I feel better, but I have lost weight.
