I’ve been taking this for over 25 years. Helps me think clear and feel good. This has natural herbs. This is not that crappy stuff that makes you jittery and then crash 2 hours later.

I was expecting this to work gradually, after 3 days or so, but this morning as soon as I woke up (at 3:20am) I took two pills and another before leaving the house for work. And may I tell you, although I didn’t take melatonin the night before, unsure if that would be a good idea, and no energy drinks as I typically take when opening a store before 5am, I was energized. I really noticed it two hours in. I had an absolutely amazing shift. I was comfortable, less forgetful, and in a good mood. I HIGHLY recommend these if you work early in the morning. This and good sleep is all you really need. I just hope it works long term.
