    Nice Addition to Weight-loss Plan

    I started taking Garcinia Cambogia 40 days ago when I started my weight-loss plan. First, I downloaded the MyFitnessPal app on my smart phone. Walked through it and input my current weight with my goal weight. It calculated a calorie plan for me, which was 1200 calories per day in order to lose 2 lbs per week. I decided to trade out two meals each day with Slimfast shakes and eat one solid meal of 500-700 calories, which depended on snacks I had during the day. With my morning shake, I take 2 of these Garcinia Cambogia supplements. By following this plan for the last 40 days, I am currently down 27 lbs. I cannot attribute the weight-loss strictly to these supplements, but obviously I am doing something right. I don't notice the jitters from these supplements. I do notice an energy boast ...

    No change on my weight

    I bought this product for my daughter. She is takes two capsules with water on an empty stomach everyday. She complains that she hasn't seen any change on her weight, instead she has noticed that her appetite for food has rather increased. Is the product really genuine ? . Does work for some people and not everyone? I think we might have wasted our money. My fear is that my daughter will not believe me anymore if I recommend any medication to her. What should I do?

    Might diminish appetite for some, but don't expect instant results.

    Does seem to work, if only to diminish my appetite a bit. Since I still try to maintain an ongoing healthful diet (I've always avoided fried foods, snacks, chips, etc.), any weight loss has been slow. If anything, I find myself being content with a few less overall calories in the form of (slightly) smaller meals. Total loss since starting Garcinia Cambogia 2 months ago has been about 4 lbs. My total goal is 15 lbs., but I also haven't been eating in restaurants as much. The bottom line is that, for myself, it's still too early to tell about the true effectiveness of this product as a sole answer to weight loss.

    QuestIonable contents

    The delivery of this product was prompt. When I opened a bottle I noticed a chalky film over all of the capsules. The cotton, normally at the to of the bottle, was mixed in with the capsules and looked dirty. I poured out the contents and found that two capsules had opened, which explained the chalky coating on everything. Honestly, I questioned the integrity of this product and threw out all of the bottles. I don't know if these capsules were manufactured in China, but there was a good chance that they were and I have heard enough about the lack of purity and control in Chinese products that I was not going to take a chance with my health. I could not recommend this product to anyone.

    Garcinia from MaritzMayer provided excellent results

    After using this product (MaritzMayer Lab's Garcinia Cambogia) for about 6 months, I have loss about 10 lbs. My wife has had good weight loss results too. Before selecting this brand, I had compared its ingredients with those ingredients in the more widely advertised brands. There was absolutely no difference. Except for the color of the label everything in them was and is the same. We are very pleased and will continue using this brand Garcinia Cambogia.
