These tables definitely work, along with a good diet and regular weightlifting programs. I've been taking them now for almost two months. I didn't feel any gains until week 5. That week, I got a great "pump" and my strength went up. Around 10% or so. I now notice an increase in muscle and have gained about 10 lbs, mostly muscle. This product does not work. In order for it to work you will need to take like 30 pills a day. One or two pills a day is not enough. Been taking this product for over 2 months. A complete waste of money. Going back to the powder.

It's been good so far. I've had it for a week, and I'm a skinny dude. I've put on 5 pounds in a week which seemed impossible.
