First off when i got the product, it was damaged. The top of it was cracked. It didn't make me sweat as i worked out. I would sweat everywhere EXCEPT for the area i put it on. I used it in hot weather, where i would be dripping sweat except for the area it was on and i even used it under a sauna suit. So i will not be purchasing this item again. I put on my stomach and sides and back. I also gave the sweet sweat waist trimmer. After I complete my workout, sweat is dripping. I can feel it heating up as my workout intensifies like 30 minuets. I normally workout 3 to 4 times a week for an hour. Great results. Only have been using for two weeks!

I have been using sweet sweat for a while now and I have found this to be the best price. As far as the product I have noticed that it makes me sweat more than usual. My understanding is that it works as a Thermogenic.
