I was in hopes that this would work as well for me as others say it works for them. It took 4 days for it to start working and wasn't very much. I will keep looking for a better colon cleanser. In their defense, it may be because I have a hard time going anyway. If you have an easy time going normally, it may work better for you than it did for me.

If you have ever tried Dr. Tobias 14-Day Quick Cleanse, you will LOVE this product! It has the exact same ingredients and amounts as Dr. Tobias product and is almost half the price! And if you buy 4 bottles at once, it's a little over $10/bottle. This product really works. I take it around 7:30 pm in the evening and by 8 am or so next morning, it has cleaned me out. Some cramping prior to emptying out may occur, but that's normal with the process and only temporary. Well, let's say it cleans you out. With the modern diet that has to be a good thing. They are medium size capsules and I've had no problem taking them. I guess I'll have to wait the 14 days but I have to say there seems to be a lot of "detoxing" going on.
