I've been taking Mk7 for only a few weeks now. So far, they do seem to be working for me. I take them along with my D3 after a meal for better absorption. I feel so much better and will continue to take them.

It does work.
Recently found out about vit k2 and its benefits to my health. It suppose to direct calcium to the right places ( bones & teeth ) and away unwanted places like joints, arteries, kidney stones, teeth tartar, etc. Well I've been using NOW k2 for a month or more and i feel great. I can stand up straighter. I have no pain in my shoulder & elbow joints. All the tartar behind my lower teeth is gone. I had white scale skin on my shins and that is gone. I hope its working on desolving the calcium in my arteries. Also should be good to reduce risk of calcium oxalate kidney stones. It Works!
The purpose of MK-2, a relatively new vitamin these past 10 years, it to "direct" calcium to the right place in your body. I had calcium built-u in my shoulders and since taking MK-2, the deposits are gone. I am getting the calcium to my bones which is where it should go.
