    Small easy to take capsules. I take 1 capsule every morning and it does the job. Keeps me regular. No jittery feelings. Definitely, helping me to feel less bloated.     not worth the money

    This did not increase metabilism, or make you lose weight. All it does is make you have black, loose stools. For that I could take a laxative, waste of money !!!!!!!!

    Not really good

    Buy the product very hopeful of being able to lower the pounds of more that I have, but it did not result. 15 days ago I take it and not a pound I have lost. For the only thing I recommend it is so that they can go to the bathroom every day and elimination of gases.
