    "A good but tricky product"

    Cellular Super HD is a fairly good supplement. I will give you the pros and cons. Pros: This is an excellent thermogenic! You will sweat tons, at least I did. I took on capsule in the morning and one later in the day but that was too much so I just take one once a day. Super HE does give you energy and helps you focus. Cons: This stuff can actually increase your appetite, which is it's biggest flaw. You must stay busy with either exercise or some mental project to keep apettite increase at bay. Another drawback is increased thirst. Try to drink lots of water, but not too much. I'm still using Super HD and have lost 7 lbs in two weeks, 8lbs away from my goal.

    Better thermogenics out there.

    Not as good as the old formula. This honestly doesn’t give the energy that it should. I got a headache and instead of suppressing my appetite, it made me want to eat to help the headache. After like two weeks it wasn’t as bad but still not good. HD just isn’t what it used to be.

    I only take it for energy I work 14 hours day do this how I used I get up 1/2 before I get up to work I take 3 capsules and go back to sleep when I get up my energy 100% will last me about good 9 to 12 hours I love it

    Works for me!!

    I usually don't trust just any weight/fat lost product because I tried a lot in the past and nothing really works for me it just gives me the jittery and weird feeling. But this product gives me a lot of energy to work out at lease 2-3 hours straight and I still have energy after that. I highly recommend this product.
