HAIR GROWTH IN LESS THAN A WEEK!?
I was originally interested in this item because of how much I dye and bleach my hair, knowing that it causes damage and breakage, I wanted something to help speed up the recovery process. I'll be honest, this is my first time taking a hair vitamin and I was very skeptical. The day it came in I had my roots re bleached and began taking it that night. No more than FOUR DAYS later, my roots where already growing back in to the point where I would generally be wanting a touch up again. This stuff REALLY works! I haven't been taking it long term though so I cant' speak for those results but so far this really does what I was hoping. I've also been having to cut my nails every other night and my skin seems more even toned but not a significant enough result to say that it was definitely from ... Previously purchased same brand, fewer capsules in bottle, same strength (5000 mcg of Biotin) but with this product you need to take 3 caps per day, the other you only needed one per day. This product has smaller capsules which are easy to consume & digest. I did purchase this for my husband but I've started taking them just to see if there was any noticeable difference to hair, nails and/or skin. Only been taking them for two weeks = perhaps I'm not the best judge of weather these work or not because I wasn't having any problems. I like this product because it contains every vitamin and mineral I have always wanted and more, plus they are so easy to swallow. I have tried the chewable version but still had issues with how they tasted so therefore I did not take them on a regular basis. I love the new softgel formula. Now my hair, skin, and nails can help me achieve the results I have wanted for a long time. I usually take them at bedtime.
