    No one has gotten more people out of debt than Dave Ramsey and I see why!

    Simple, easy to read baby steps to get out of debt and build real wealth. I wish I would have read this 20 years ago. It's that good! Everyone needs this book and the younger the better.

    Not what I expected

    The book is well written, but the goals are not as easily accessible as portrayed. I found the budgeting forms very hard to follow, and although I have a high school education have some college education I found these forms very difficult to understand. One would need a degree in accounting to understand how to make this work. Not sure I believe the testimonials.

    INSANELY AWESOME BOOK!!

    I LOVE this book!!! It has SERIOUSLY helped us to get out of debt. Dave Ramsey speaks like a real person, and not like some over-educated know-it-all!!! It's an easy read, yet really helps you to TAKE ACTION, get your debt snowball rolling and get out of debt!! His quote that he uses throughout the book is "live like no one else so one day you can like like no one else". I think of this all the time, because it's so true. I read the TMM in January, and ACTUALLY PAID OF MY CAR TODAY (no joke...sent in a big fat tax return check to GMAC!!) It felt so good....but would I have paid of my car two years early if I hadn't of read this book....NO! So the TMM is amazing.     I HAVE BEEN MADE OVER!!!!!

    This is a great book. It is easy reading. It is also basic common sense that we all know deep in our heart, but Dave "smacks" us in the head. He lets you know what you are gaining by using credit cards - NOTHING. In fact you are losing your future. I am 55 years old and have some savings, but boy I could have been a millionaire if I would have followed this plan even 15 years ago. What a wake up call. Every young person in America needs to read this book. It needs to be taught in our school system. Maybe then people in this country will learn that the government doesn't bail you out - you do! We are each responsible for our own stupid or smart decisions. Dave Ramey is my hero! Keep it up Dave.
