A good source of B12 (and the good kind, at that)
I really like this brand of methylcobalamin. It is better than the far more common cyanocobalamin (which is nowhere to be found in nature and can only come from a laboratory). While it does not give me a rush like caffeine does, it does provide a fair amount of energy. The bottle says the tablets are chewable, but I recommend allowing these to dissolve under the tongue (best method to take B12, outside of injecting it via syringe). The tablets are somewhat sweet-tasting (can't seem to discern a distinct flavor) and dissolve rather quickly (about 20 seconds), so it should not feel like a chore. It's quite a lot of B12, and will be good for those who are B12 deficient and others who are just seeking to maintain good health.I really like this brand of methylcobalamin.
