It does work.
I am so upset about my weight and I wanted something to completely make me not want to eat at all, but that's unrealistic. I did some research and I found these pills. First week I took 1 pill in the morning and one at night to make sure I wouldn't have side effects. I then started to take two in the morning, one in the afternoon and one at night. Yes this is extreme but this works for me and I want results super fast! First week I was 165 now I am 157 (I am 5'6 1/2). I've have these for 2 1/2 weeks now. I haven't weighted myself because I want to see 150 or below the next time. I also cut out all dairy & alcohol. I will eat meat or carbs before 1 PM. I've done this without the pills before and I did not see results. I don't feel like snacking because I don't think about it. I will ... I did not feel hungry at all and my mood was fine for first time ever with starving. I felt my body needed food so I did not have energy but I know this works for me. However, my mom had diarrhea with this so it works for some people.
