Takes the edge off of my hot flashes
I know that I should be considering something a little more permanent; a non-drug "fix" of some kind for my hot flashes, and I've been in two minds about BHRT or acupuncture and herbs, but having had some quite severe financial issues over the long term (and thinking that the flashes would cease and desist quickly without some kind of medical intervention - they have not), I've been using this product for the past few years while I make up my mind which of the two roads to take. Now that I have more financial security, I will be going the acupuncture route. Frankly, after 8 years of severe hot flashes, this product has been taking the edge off of the worst of it. I definitely know when I've run out, or forgotten to take my Cohosh. One time I was asked to participate in a free trial of ... After a week, I was in REALLY dire straits without my Cohosh, and had to quit the BHRT trial before it had even begun. My "stopgap" has turned into somewhat of a semi permanent solution. It's not perfect and some days nothing works, but I do manage to at least get restful sleep because of this product. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a temporary solution to a very bad hormonal problem. It's inexpensive and effective.

They help a lot
I had run out of the ones that I had been taking and I didn't remember the brand. I did a lot of reading on what works because there were different formulas. I chose this one because I remember when I first started taking meds for hot flashes and the biggest ingredient. While I was waiting for these to come I had the most brutal hot flashes I've ever had. These suggest 3 times a day but then I found the bottle of the first bought and I wasn't out of then. The other brand had the same ingredient but said take 1 a day. On these I take one in the am and one pm and that was all I need. They took a few days to work but after that they work sooo well. I've only had a few hot flashes at all. I take 3 a day, i’ve read many reviews stating that this herb helps reduce testosterone, and i can tell you it definitely does! I take this along with Pueraria Mirifica and Multi Glandular, and i am also on prescribed Estrogen, progesterone, and androgen blockers. I’ve been taking these for 2 1/2 years before i started my HRT and it quickly made my breasts grow, helped widen my hips, reduced my hot flashes and also helped manage my mood swings due to unbalanced hormones. And i continue to take them today, even with my HRT, which my doctors say is totally fine.
