    healthy alternative to what a doctor will give you

    my cardiologist recommends magnesium for your heart and this is a great way to get it . really helps with cramping and constipation. leg cramps leave in a few short minutes, easy to use and make. i have used it now for 10 plus years , i do not use it every day i skip about every 4th day, so you don't get immuned to it to its benefits.

    I recommend this to many people because its easy to mix in water and tastes great! I use it because it makes me feel really good and energized! Just don’t drink it fast... take your time drinking it. As we age we don’t get enough in foods we eat.
