    Cost effective with health benefits

    I always get Ashwagandha root capsules as I can feel the difference with them. I'm always looking for good deals with the 1000 mg dosing as that is what is required for the benefits based on a lot of studies I have read. Black Pepper is just an added benefit to aid in absorbsion. Overall, very happy with this product, and would buy again.
