    These work well for lifting your spirits!

    At first they made me a little sluggish feeling but that only lasted 2 days. They do lift your mood and helped me with my anxiety issues. You do want to take them in the morning or you will have trouble falling asleep. Overall I am very happy with these!

    awesome results!

    this appears to reduce the ringing in my ears....I have suffered with tinnitus in both ears for decades constant 24hrs per day very very loud usually ..i had know idea this would reduce the ringing i bought a bottle for just general overall brain health..i noticed several days into the bottle the ringing in both ears was very low..sometimes it is extremely loud like a jet or train..i stopped taking it and the ringing came back loud...so i experimented and sure enough after starting back the ringing went lower in intensity again...i also added a B complex vitamin sometimes with it...i would take it at bed time.
