High dosage third party tested ashwagandha
Bought this product because it's touted as an herb that is effective in reducing cortisol levels and anxiety. Haven't been taking it long enough yet to notice whether or not it works. Seems to be a quality product and I like the fact that it's third party tested. Also like the high milligram dosage. I'm only taking one capsule a day and will probably keep it at that since that's all the milligrams you really need for a daily dose anyway. If I notice an improvement after finishing the two bottles i'll definitely be ordering more. Unpleasant taste/smell; tossing them out
I am giving it 2 stars, since I can't speak to the effectiveness of what is inside the capsule. However, when I put a capsule in my mouth,(I've tried many capsules from my 2 different bottles) there is an unpleasant off-taste that is not present with other brands I have tried. I do not know if the capsules are old, if the ashwagandha powder is off, or what has caused the problem. I will probably have to toss both bottles, as I am now past the 30 days. I take a lot of encapsuled supplements, and this one doesn't taste right. High potency, less fuss.
The ashwagandha is rather hard to find in my area. I was happy to find it reasonably priced and in high potency too. At 1600mg per day I take just two capsules a day instead of multiple capsules like most others. And it works great. This fits my needs well.

Ashwagandha helps the body and mind in many ways.
This supplement has helped the ataxia that I have from neck surgery nearly 2 1/2 years ago: My legs have better control. Also, my mood seems to have improved along with my libido. I generally feel better with fewer bodily aches and more energy. I definitely recommend it, especially for the elderly or those recovering from surgery (with doctor's approval, of course).
