Review of Natural E-400
After doing a lot of research on the Internet for a good Vitamin E that doesn't have all the other vitamins in it, I chose this one for the mere fact all I am getting is pure Vitamin-E. I also like it because of the ingredients. It has unesterfied d-alphaTocopherol, plus mixed Tocopherols of d-beta, d-delta and d-gamma Tocopherol. A lot of the Vitamins E's out in the market will list Tocopherol Acetate which is a synthetic kind of Vitamin E and/or will ony have d-alpha in it or may be just d-alpha, d-delta in it. This has all three. Plus this Vitamin E is NON-GMO. Other ingredients are: gelatin, water, glycerin and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, NOT soybean oi which so many others use in their Vitamin E. It does however, contain Organic Soy (Non-GMO). Soy is really not good ... It is better than just soybean oil. I have been taking this for about a month and feel good. So I will more than likely continue to buy this. Most Vitamin E supplements contain synthetic ingredients and fillers and binders you don't need and in order to get the 400 IU (International units) you have to end up taking more than one tablet to do so. With this particular brand you only take 1 softgel a day (so 250 softgels should last for a while) for 400 IU's. and the softgel is small and made of gelatin which is easy to swallow which is a good benefit if you hate to take pills like I do.
