I ordered a pack of 20 Kirkland protein bars but they sent me the Kirkland nut bars instead. The chocolate was melted in the box and I ended up opening it.
I contacted the seller and they did give me the option to return but because I already opened the box, I decided to keep it. However I was disappointed that they sent the wrong item and did not prorate since I paid over$34 for the protein bars and the nut bars typically cost only $30.
