This is my first time trying Jessica Smith. I have been doing " Walking " dvd's for some time now and lost over 90 lbs in the last 2 years. I have been wanting to add weight training, and this was the perfect way. You an use 1lb, 3lb, or 5lb weights depending on your strength level..or none at all if you're just getting started. The Dvd is easy to follow..no complicated moves. I really felt like I had a good workout at the end even though it was tons of cardio. I'd say it's about 75% weights and 25% walking. The only drawback for me is I use a Fitbit tracker and it doesn't pick up the movements as activity when you are doing the weight lifting portions. So for the days I do this workout I don't meet my goal, but my body knows I did it ! lol This is good for maybe about 2 -3 times a week. More than that and you would be burned out.
