I use to take Ambien which is a prescription drug. Now by using the Melatonin I no ... I use to take Ambien which is a prescription drug. Now by using the Melatonin I no longer use the Ambien! I have found out if you take it right before or right after you eat it takes longer to kick in. It puts you in a real pleasant relaxed mode to where you can fall asleep very easily. I chew two of these about 15 minutes before I go to bed. It works every time and I don't wake up with a groggy feeling!! Highly recommend!
