This stuff is like magic! I had to be on antibiotics for a week & if you've ever been on them you know whats to come well I didn't have any of those issues what so ever! I also have severe acid reflux & those expensive pills like Nexium & prevacid have bad side effects even kidney failure for some! These work even better than those at a cheaper price! I start with one & then take another a couple hours later but really I only need one they work so well! I also drink a cup of warm water after I swallow it so it'll get in my system faster!!! I have used slippery elm for years for upset stomach to replace nexium and the like. it does sooth the digestive tract pretty quick, but if you take too many it can cause loose bowels.. lol. love this herb. good subsitute for prilosec and nexium
