This multi provides the bioavailable forms of vitamins and minerals, for instance P-5-P instead of chemical vitamin B6. It is a very complete formula and being liquid inside, is better absorbed than hard pills.

He says this is the best multivitamin he has ever taken. The soft gel is pretty large, but still easy to swallow. NOW makes quality products and I began purchasing them about a year ago.
