That, for me, makes the product worth it's price. my purpose for trying it was to help replenish magnesium which was the result of various blood pressure medicines. Did not want another Rx for cramps. Users should find a dosage that suites their body type. Recently ordered the packets which are premeasured and am hoping for better results. Taste is pleasant with a bit of a salt-like after taste. I drink it as a hot beverage, at night, before bed.
