    Great taste

    I have tried the vanilla flavor and also the chocolate but I prefer the vanilla because it blends well with fruit . I have noticed that my nails have grown fast and also my hair grows faster too. Doesn’t seem to affect the thickness though. At least for me . I recommend it . Good quality. I don’t like that it contains soy though

    Usually I prefer Chocolate BUT Price was good & have used this brand B4 - doesn't have that "Artificial" taste some other Higher Protein Powders do - Xtra Vitamins a PLUS - I do sometime mix it w/ another Key Lme Flavor for a Lite Nite Time Treat as it does have a Creamy Texture AND . . . Beats the Local $ so Saves me the Trip -Would NOT However make it a TOTAL Replacement 4 me as I do use the "Other" Brands as part of a More Xtensive Xercize Program esp. beacuse of the 4 lb+ Tub savings

    I love this protein drink, it is delicious and filling. Since drinking 2 a day and having a small dinner for 3 weeks I’ve lost 7 pounds! I compared it to the higher priced products and it is very comparable at 1/3 the price.
