    Immediate and long lasting energy

    Using just an inch of Liquid B12 in the dropper (or less) will give you beautiful long-lasting energy all day long. It is supposed to also make your hair thicker -- and mine is. I do not use it everyday, just when I appear to need more energy. Some days are just like that.
