Very tasty & healthy vitamin and protein shake!
I love this brand! It’s delicious, both in the chocolate & vanilla and it’s so healthy for you. In a blender, I mix 2 scoops of this powder with a half glass of milk, 1 raw egg, cut up 1 banana, and add organic vanilla extract, and blend it. Then I add 2 handfuls of ice to the blender and set it to, “Crush,” and it turns into an icy milkshake!! Yummy!!!

I was concerned about the vitamens being in the 15% of daily range, yet I truly feel the difference my energy level upon awakening in the morning and it not mandating I have a cup of java before I can think about functioning. A real blessing. I plan to stock up in the near future and have at least four on hand. As written, this brand has a smooth, non chalky taste in nut milk or water- a real bonus.Has a great taste full of vitamens and as stated afforded. Complete Protein & Vitamin shake mix says it all. And besides that, it tastes great alone mixed with water or mixed with any type milk and/or fruit. And to top all that off, it's affordable!!

The makes a tasty treat if mixed just as suggested. However, make this shake using frozen strawberries (unsweetened) and low fat milk and you have a VERY TASTY and satisfying shake. This is still a low enough caloric drink to support a gradual weight loss or high enough protein to retain or develop muscle mass.
