Awful Stuff!!
This stuff is so thick that it goes down in one big glob ugh! It is extremely hard to blend with anything so a ninja or nutribullet will be needed. I mixed it in a smoothie once and instead of having 1tblsp of the stuff, I had a full 8 oz of it geesh!. The trick I have found to taking it, is coating the spoon with honey. (It makes it taste like mary jane or bit o honey to me) and then wash it down with something. Trust me, you will not be able to take this bad boy without something. Outside of that, it is merciless. I gave it 5 stars because I found that it helps with bloating and I do not have much stomach troubles while taking it no matter what I eat. I take it before eating a greasy meal but some people take it at night before bed. I will not be able to tell if it has reduced my ... This stuff is so thick that it goes down in one big glob ugh! Cannot state more on this product until I take a physical and check my triglycerides... Takes several months to lower triglyceride levels.... Soy Lecithin works well yet the soy is not good for men.... So am trying this...
