Healthy protein from peas!
I've been using Now Sports Pea Protein powder for a few years now. Great stuff! So much better for you than that nasty, dangerous whey protein stuff. And it goes down easy. One scoop (33grams) mixed with 10 ounces or more of cold water and well stirred, shaken or blended is easy to swallow. Almost tasteless. You can get it in flavors if you must, but the natural stuff is easy to get used to and probably a little healthier. I take it for health and energy. Fills in where today's diets and depleted foodstuffs fall short. The whey stuff is not good for you. Vegetable protein is much healthier. And easier to swallow. Now Sports quality has always been 100%. I don't mind being critical when appropriate. Can't think of any negatives with this product. (No affiliation with the ...
