RHODIOLA IS THE REAL DEAL
After a lot of searching for a supplement that would take to blah out . I found it with Rhodiola and not just me but my husband as well.We tried many other sup's but none that give your mood and overall boost Like Rhodiola.I will add though to plan on taking occasionally or tom take a break. As you do build up a resistance to Rhodiola. Take 5 off 2 on 5 off 5 days . I am currently looking for something that works differently while providing a similar benefit-feeling. Simply put I am looking for a supplement to replace rodiola in a rotation.So the Break which isn't that bad really especially for the first 1-2 days one feels as if they are still taking it . This is because it is still in your system. I have been on RX pain meds and it is nothing like taking a break from those.Moreover I ...
