The best coffee I have had in a long time. Quality beans and freshly roasted, great prices. I just can't say enough about how much I love this coffee. They offer a wide variety of beans/roasts to satisfy every taste. It is ok but not great.
Coffee as we all know is personal taste. For me, it just wasn’t a full flavor. I use a burr grinder and a good quality coffee maker. For me, overpriced compared to other coffee on the market. For me, Columbian, Guatemalan, Panamanian and Philippine coffee are my favorite.

Love this coffee. I usually only drink coffee in the mornings, but this is so good I find myself making a pot later in the day. I have tried it from several suppliers. I don't know why, but the coffee always taste better when it comes from Blue Macaw. I know they roast it up fresh the day I order it. When it arrives via usps priority mail it always smells so good. I don't claim to be a coffee connoisseur but while in the Navy I fell in love with African Coffees. When I got home the closest I could come to it was Starbucks Brand (Ethiopian/Kenyan blends). I thought it was good enough. Let me just say this .....I WAS WRONG! This coffee is Better!!! The aroma while it was brewing was O.M.G indescribable!!!!! It's roasted just right (doesn't taste burnt or green). The acidity is perfect. My hats off to the roaster!!! I know this is starting to sound like a commercial but......... If you are truly a coffee lover, you HAVE TO TRY A POUND OF THIS!!!! Thank you!!!! This is one of my favorite beans from Blue McCaw! I always make this in the french press. Being a peaberry I back off how many beans I put in as it’s a pretty powerful bean. Usually 48 grams of bean and 32 ounces of water. Brew time around 4 minutes. Also, always break the crust and remove the foam at the top as it will make the coffee a lot smoother. If you allow it to sit in your cup for about 10 minutes after it’s done brewing the flavor profile really explodes. I drink this without cream or sugar and it’s really chocolatey all on it’s own.
