    Solid selection

    This cookbook contains a solid selection of usable recipes. Some contain complicated and impossible to find ingredients, but even without those, the book is still a good value. As a veteran of low carb diets it was a good source to introduce some variety in my diet, but don't bother making the cookies. They just don't taste good. Not sure about the shakes either, I just don't like the taste and grittiness of protein powders, no matter the source. Still, I give her main dishes and sides a thumbs up.
