I ordered from this vendor before and never reached out for customer service until this order. I wanted to order more wash cloths but no one responded to my inquiry so I only ordered one color. All 4 packs were quite wrinkled this time instead of the nice flat smooth appearance they previously arrived in. Maybe it’s from being crunched a bit during packaging/shipping and the wrinkles will work their way out - they’re for crafting. I’m disappointed that no one ever responded to my inquiry.

Overall positive experience. I received towels quickly, they are white and cotton and if seemingly decent quality. As another reviewer noticed they do not mention country of origin on them anywhere so selling them as TURKISH cotton seems like a stretch and misleading advertisement unless it can be supported with evidence.
